A short cable lead allows you to better control and follow your catch dog while heading him to a bay. This short lead keeps your catch dog close and doesn't let him get the slack that can result in a harsh pull on your arm and shoulder. Approx. 32" overall length. These heavy duty leads are made of coated steel cable encased in clear tubing. They come standard with a slip ring, swivel snap in handle, and a 4 3/4" length heavy duty quick release 1" swivel eye panic snap for collar that allows split second catch dog releases. Snap and ring are nickel plated - the panic snap is nickel plated malleable iron.
