Errors or Mistakes in Orders: We double check all shipments for accuracy. Unfortunately, mistakes may occur.
- If you receive the wrong merchandise as compared to your printed invoice, please contact us (see below).
Damaged Or Defective Merchandise: We accept items that are defective or damaged within 30 days of receipt. You have the option of (1) an exchange, (2) replacement, (3) credit, or (4) refund.
- Write a complete description of the defect/damage on the original packing slip and which option you prefer.
- Include the packing slip with the return of the damaged/defective merchandise
- Once we receive the item(s) and defect(s) are confirmed, we will complete your requested action and issue a refund for your shipping costs.
Custom Orders are neither returnable nor refundable.
Returns after 30 days: We do not accept any merchandise post marked 30 days after the date of delivery. Date of delivery is determined by the delivery confirmation. All packages shipped from Wild Boar USA / Ugly Dog Ranch are sent with delivery confirmation through United States Postal Service.
